LUISA ABRAM CHOCOLATE | DARK CUPUAÇU 70%
Luisa Abram chocolate is made with extremely rare cacao that grows wild in the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest. It is harvested by riverside communities that preserve the fruit's native trees.
Luisa Abram chocolate bar with 70% wild cocoa from the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest paired with crystallized cupuaçu pieces. The 70% chocolate wild harvested from the Tocantins River comes to life with the acidity of the crystallized cupuaçu. The orange and lemon notes of the cocoa are subtly complemented by the pieces of cupuaçu as if they were made for each other. Mouthwatering and smooth, this bar is simply an explosion of complimentary flavours and textures. This is Luisa Abram's most popular and sought after chocolate bar.
Cupuaçu a rare tropical fruit, like cocoa, is a species of Theobroma, and it is native to the Amazon Rainforest. The sweet scent of its ripe fruit which permiates throughout the rainforest is notorious for attracting many animals and insects. The taste of cupuaçu is complex and is resminicent of pear, passionfruit, banana, pineapple and melon all mixed into one powerful flavourful fruit.

Founded in 2014, Luisa Abram is an award winning chocolate maker that dedicates itself to sourcing micro-lot, wildly grown cacao from the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest. The chocolate is made small-scale in São Paulo, Brazil by the Abram-Banks family: Luisa, Andre, Mirian and Andrea. The family takes a very hands-on approach to ensure the highest quality of the wild-harvested, slow-churned fermentation, small-batch micro-lot production of their chocolate.
