As we go through our daily lives, we can get too much exposure to non-natural light throughout the day. This high amount of artificial light can contribute to mid-day fatigue, restlessness at night, and overall poor energy levels. The non-natural light can come from your smartphone, computer monitor, television, harsh overhead lights, and LEDs in general. These harsh light sources turn up the effects of certain parts of the light spectrum that can negatively affect our body's natural rhythms. It is important to note that the clear Daylights glasses will filter about 40% or junk light (wavelengths or 370nm to 500nm). These percentages are ideal because the body still needs some blue light throughout the day.
